Delivering Your Store
This is your business and your store. You choose the location where you want, and you open when you want.
Before you sign your franchise agreement with us, we are happy to discuss your chosen location with you. We can even come and view the proposed site if you would like us to.
Once you have decided to proceed, we will support you getting your store ready in the following ways:
- to create a shop plan that best utilises the space
- provide you with a list of all the equipment that you will need and our recommended suppliers
- provide brand colours for your decor
- provide digital templates for your signs
- advise re potential licence and planning applications if needed
- give advice regarding any problems encountered
- be on the end of the phone for moral and practical support
As well as delivering your store, we offer the following Pre-Opening Consultancy to get you ready:
- advice re-staffing levels required
- stock levels needed to begin
- promotion regarding the initial opening
- pre-opening training and procedures you need to have in place
- food safety standards that must be met

TWO PHASE TRAINING
We offer a two-phase training scheme to prepare you for running your store.
Phase one
We invite you to spend time working at one of our already existing shops. You will get to see the shop in action, the procedures we follow and you will receive hands-on training in every aspect of the practical running of the business.
Time length: 3 days
Open to: Two managers or key figures who will be working in your store.
Location: One of our pre-existing stores
Phase two
We will supply you will an experienced Go Waffle worker to work in your shop for the first three days when you open. They will facilitate the workflow, help overcome any problems, and advise you on best practices as your shop evolves.
Time length: 3 days
Package: One experienced working in your store.
Location: In your store
As well as these two phases of hands on training, we will also provide you with:
- Our online Go Waffle Operations Manual covering all aspects of the business
- A list of online food safety training
- Ongoing end-of-the-phone advice and support

ONGOING CONSULTANCY
Congratulations. Your shop is open and running. And the money is coming in. But you are still learning....
Don’t worry, we are still here to help.
Most of the procedures you need are in our operations manual. This will be your first port of call. But we will still be available – only a phone call away.
We will also maintain our relationship with you in a more formal way:
- one monthly phone or zoom meeting to discuss how you are getting on
- one annual visit to your store where we work there for a day
- one annual training day where your manager spends time at our flagship store
As we say if you need more than this, we are only a phonecall away!
Marketing support
Our Innovative Marketing Team will support you all the way.
Truth be told, when we set up our first Go Waffle Shop, we didn’t do any marketing., The product sold itself. As we are sure you will find out, as soon as someone walks out of your store with one of our scrumptious and beautifully presented Bubble Waffles, people will be stopping them in the street and asking them where they bought it from.

And we have a social media account in both Facebook and Instagram which follows our brand guidelines and constantly pushes our products and brand in front of your customers and potential customers.

The traditional full-store model allows for high turnover and a high gross profit. Net profit will depend on factors such as the rent you pay and the efficiency of staffing within your business.
